# Reports

> Recital’s reporting module ensures finance teams and compliance officers can generate auditable, flexible reports directly from data on the platform, e.g. data on chargeback, reconciliation, transactions, balances, etc.

### Why It Matters

* Regulators require daily, weekly, or monthly reporting.
* Manual report preparation increases risk of errors and inconsistencies.
